Perfect place on the Cape.

This is a oerfect place for a family vacation: ample space, beautiful yard, great location, games for the kids, lovely master suite for mom and dad.

Very comfortable home in quiet location

It was a lovely home and very comfortable which was important to us. It was well stocked with daily essentials. Although it is a residential area it was very quiet which was great. The decking was south facing so we had the sunshine to sit out. We thought it was a lovely place to stay and would recommend it.

A Sweet Place to Stay

The entire home was comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place while watching TV. The back porch is very private. The birds were very active in the morning and fun to watch and listen too. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing. We all loved it here!

Perfect.

We loved the location. We loved the house. Perfect for four of us but if you had more folks you could definitely do so. The beautiful landscaping really gave us The Cape Vibe. It felt like our home. The best bathrooms/shower heads I’ve ever had at a vacation house ever. Which may not seem like a big deal but it is! The dryer came in real handy.

Large comfortable house

This is a lovely spacious house just a short drive ir 15 minute walk to main st Hyannis. The weather was not great while we were there so did not get to use the large deck and lovely garden. 2 full bathrooms was a bonus with tons of towels. It had a nice fireplace but despite many texts to the management company to get the pilot light lit they did not get it done during our 3 night stay. Luckily the heating worked well for the cold evenings we had. Overall a relaxing stay.

Great family-friendly home base to explore the cape

This home was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay again. A fantastic home base for day trips all over cape cod. We used the 2 bikes on some great trails and appreciated the books and toys for the kiddos. They even had stools in the bathroom, pack and play, high chair etc. The master suite was really nice. (We had a little trouble with wifi connection in the bedroom, but solved by taking the router out of its cupboard). Clean and well stocked. Super easy check in/out. Thanks for a great vacation. We did have a few questions during our stay (eg., couldn’t find any garbage bags) and couldn’t figure out how to contact the property manager for help.

Great stay for families!

We stayed at this property for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our kids (6 & 8) and mother in law. Entry easy with a code texted to me before check-in. The home was spacious and fit our needs, with a fairly well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and spices. Our kids enjoyed the lawn toys in the basement. A few areas of improvement: there is a lobster pot, but no lobster crackers, the pillows were a little flat, the pocket door in the primary bathroom doesn't lock easily and many times, it would slide open unexpectedly and the grill wasn't working. When we called to ask for assistance with the grill on the first night, our information was taken, but we didn't receive a call back until 2 days later. Overall. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Cute little cottage

The house was very cute and overall as described. It is conveniently located, super close to the beach and Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The back deck was cute and nice to hang out on. The outdoor shower was an added bonus! There were a few issues with the property. When we arrived, there was a used Chick-fil-a cup left on the front handrail. There was no hand soap in either bathroom. Only two large garbage bags were available for use. The grill lit up into flames when we attempted to use it so we had to boil our hotdogs instead. These are only minor inconveniences. Otherwise, it was great stay and I would recommend to others.
