Hyannis has become pretty busy but you can find everything you need. This is a great place for base camp as you explore the cape. Don't let the location fool you, it's charming and warm.

We had a pizza from the main street which was delicious. The walk to the harbour etc. from the hotel is lovely, we were out early so a lot of the shops weren't open yet, but the town looked good.

I have been traveling to the area for many years. There is always something to do whether it is on or off season.
"We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale apartments in 2026. I hope not because we would love to return for another stay. "
"Did not have a chance to eat breakfast because of our early rise for fishing trips. Bed was comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will try for the third next year. "
