Charming condo in small (4 unit
building), in quiet neighborhood, literally 10 steps onto the sand of Kalmus Beach, facing Nantucket Sound. Enjoy unlimited beachtime without traffic or parking fees! Or sit inside and watch windsurfers in action.

One mile pleasant walk/5 min drive to Hyannis Village shops, restaurants, French bakery. Half mile to ferry terminal. Located in quiet neighborhood yet only 5 miles to supermarkets (standard, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's), Cape Cod Mall, movie theaters, department stores, dozens of restaurants and bakeries, music venues.

Picture windows facing beach in both bedrooms and living room, deck with umbrella table off dining room. Watch sunrise to east, sunset to west.

Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen, plus sleep sofa. Full bath with shower, plus half bath. Wifi, cable/streaming TV, board games and puzzles, gas fireplace, a/c plus ceiling fans.

Rare gems in Hyannis

This place is a rare gem!! Donna have provided everything we needed for our week long stays. The located was perfect as we have three little ones and didn’t have to packed a lot for the beach. We were literally a few steps from the beach. Donna was attentive and helpful during our stayed. One things I would wanted to see improvement is the cleanliness with the floors and the furniture in the living room i.e couches and chairs. We will definitely come back in the future.
