We love that our home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends to create special memories. “Tide the Knot” is where we did actually tie the knot last year, with our first dance right on the patio! Our home is in a great location and close to all things that make for a spectacular vacation. Whether you want to jump on the ferry to Nantucket / Martha's Vineyard, relax at the beach, attend a concert at the Melody Tent, play a round of golf, or dine at some of Cape Cod's best restaurants, you are only minutes away! Our large and fenced in back yard is perfect for yard games, barbecue's, or relaxing in the hammock reading a book. We are excited to share our special home with you!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
You are immediately captivated by the gleaming wide plank hard wood floors and then as you look around you are also engaged by the blend of old world charm with modern amenities. Newly renovated and decorated with a modern coastal feel you immediately fall in love with this home!

Enter the large living area with plenty of seating for the whole family - great for a movie night or watching The Red Sox beat the Yankees! Want a more private conversation? Move over to the well appointed sitting area off the living room equipped with side tables, standing lamps and coffee table.

To the right of the living room is the large modern kitchen with granite center island which houses the stove and oven. All stainless steel appliances lead you to create a masterful meal for the family. Life is about choices! So chose to enjoy it at the large dining table or take it out to the patio for some al fresco dining. There are three stools at the center island for quick breakfasts before the beach and seating for 6 or more at the dining table with chairs and a bench.

We realize that Fido is part of the family - there is a dog-friendly area in the kitchen for pup meals, too! Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer / dryer, hooks for brooms and cleaning supplies and extra shelving for storage. The hallway to the left of the living room is where you will find Bathroom #1, a half bath for guest use.

Straight ahead is Bedroom #1 - the first floor master bedroom with King bed, closet, dresser, night stand and ensuite full Bathroom # 2 with combo tub/shower.

To the left of the master bedroom is the large office space - plenty of room to work from home or remote learning and private enough for those important zoom calls. Enjoy the multi use style desk where you can sit or stand at the work station. The office leads to the garage were you will find beach chairs, yard toys like cornhole and additional access to the back yard.

Central A/C will keep you cool on the main level - the upstairs bedrooms have slimline units.

The stairs to the second floor are located at the entry way. Take note of the thought that went into safety with 2 handrails - one for adults and one at the perfect height for a child.

At the top of the stairs is Bathroom #3, a full bath with glass enclosed shower. Bedroom #2 on the right has both a Queen bed and a twin size bed, a desk for remote work or learning, charming built in book shelves, dresser, and closet. Across the hallway is Bedroom #3 with 3 twin beds, a dresser and built in book shelves - all in a fun coastal sailing theme.

The back yard is fully fenced in and the perfect spot for BBQ dinners, playing catch with your pup or enjoying a fun lawn game as a family. The patio will have outdoor furniture to lounge and enjoy a hot dog on the grill - updated photos to come! Don't forget the long held Cape Cod tradition of taking an outdoor shower! This home has a extra large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and with a changing room for your use.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.

Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate.
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services if not included with your rental home. Please ask our guest specialist for details.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
