「I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!」

「The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always immaculate. This is my go to hotel when I come to CT. It’s very centrally located!!」

「This hotel has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. It is very clean although the decor is a bit outdated. I love the fact that we can walk up the hill and buy food or supplies at Fiddleheads (my favorite health foody kind of place when visiting) and the refrigerator in the room is actually big enough to put things in. Perfect for a New London visit. I wish the restaurant served Sunday breakfast past 10am. We miss it every time.」

「The lobby was bright and cheerful. Outside there were pretty sprung flowers blooming. It was immaculate. Parts of the property were a little old and need of maintenance, however, you could see they were working on it. Our room was clean. The ceiling needs some repair as it looked as if there was a leak at some point. The furniture looks a luttle worn, but nothing a furniture marker can't fix. Everyone was friendly. 「There was a man on the 4th floor near the vending machines that taped the word “BEWARE” on a door and when you walked by to use the vending machines he would open the door and smile in a creepy manner at you. Scary! Literally made me feel so uncomfortable. 」
