「Everything is very good, very comfortable to stay there. It is a bit far from city centre, but because of this, we can enjoy the seaside area. Onsen is pefect, room is big, clean. 」

「Excellent service and nice, quiet room. We did not order the dinner and the hotel staff was so nice that drove us to the nearby restaurant for dinner, and after we finished, the hotel staff came back to drive us back to the hotel. It was an amazing experience!」

「The hotel is a bit out-dated. The public bath is small and the private in-room outdoor bath is more spacious. However, the shower in the bathroom is very inconvenient, we have to press the button before water comes out, so it’s a manual facility. The water is also quite weak so it’s not comfortable at all. People are in general nice and polite though they cannot communicate well in English, it gives a good impression of the hotel. All-in-all, it’s not worth for the level of price that was...

「In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.」

「自行開車前往有馬溫泉拉著行李走到旅館可能須走一陣子，因為旅館位於溫泉街中心處。到了旅館附近遍尋不著該在哪辦理入住手續，花了幾分鐘找路人詢問（當地人英文普遍不能溝通）才找到辦理入住手續的本館上大坊。別館的房間剛重新裝潢沒多久，整體感覺很新很乾淨，樓下與附近很多文創小店、啤酒咖啡館與小吃，離金湯更是幾步路腳程。旅館主人雖然不諳英文但接待過程很用心，甚至幫我們提一件大行李至二樓，退房時也送了我們伴手明信片。整個旅館美中不足的缺點應該是本館的溫泉，建議能不去就別去，溫泉位於地下室充滿濕氣與霉味，非常陳舊與骯髒，地面溼滑黏膩，其中一個池子還佈滿青苔⋯⋯」

「房間設備完善，就是房外的私人風呂溫度不是太夠溫熱。懷石料理味道很好很有創意。－應服務人員態度良好，下次會再一次來這温泉酒店。」
