“Very nice and helping staff. Convenient location. Spacious room size in the heart of Ginza. Enjoyed the lounge snack and drink with jazzy Bach music. This was my second visit to the hotel.”

“Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. ”
