"This is a cheap and cheerful pit stop hotel. It would benefit from a bit of maintenance and a facelift. Apart from the from desk, customer service wasn’t their strength, the evenings were overpowered by 4 large to screens with football playing that was clearly more important than the guests."

"It was a pleasure staying here from the moment I checked in. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming. The room was big and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was perfect always lots of hot water. Breakfast was same every day, would have liked a bit of variance."

Konakladığımız odanın tuvaleti girişten itibaren arızalıydı. Akşama kadar onarımını bekledik ve kullanamadık. Kapılar ve klima kısmen bozuktu. Banyo kapısı kilitlenmiyordu.Çalışanlar ya da işletmeci davranış ve üslubu düzgün değildi. Sanki ücretsiz konaklama yapıyormuşuz gibi davranıyordu. Fotoğraflar verilen oda ile alakasızdı."

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."

"Hallo liebe Urlauber, das ganze Hotel, wenn man es so nennen darf, ist dreckig und runtergekommen. Das Möchtegern Hotel ist definitiv Abrissbereit. Das Essen ist ungenießbar, weil wahrscheinlich die Reste von den Vortagen verwendet werden. Ich musste jeden Tag draussen essen. Mein Fazit an Euch : Tut euch das nicht an, gibt bisschen mehr aus und macht Urlaub, sonst ärgert ihr euch gewaltig !!! "

"This hotel charging twice (!) cash and card. It is a big pitty that we didnot ask for a bill. After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. Be careful and check when paying. "
