"I couldn't have asked for a better check in or more gracious hosts/staff. They were kind, flexible, and professional. The hotel had easy parking, it was safe and secure, they have a beautiful back patio with a garden and green space, and the room was HUGE. It was clean, quiet and a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a whole street full of culture. The continental breakfast puts US continental breakfasts to shame. So tasty! I'm so glad I found this gem!"

There is no lift in the accommodation as it’s a converted period building and water is only provided on the first night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"We were in apt downstairs which was difficult to manage with heavy luggage. When we arrived the person at the reception kindly took our cases down for us. We were also able to visit with friends in the dining area. The hotel is close to Paddington and to various small shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. "

"Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
