"A great place for a couple to stay for a week in Dinard. Probably not suitable for persons with mobility issues or very young children, on account of the stairs.The apartment is well equipped and comfortably furnished.The host was very helpful and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return."

"Shocked to find no bedding. Had to go and buy sheets.We were asked to clean the apartment when we left, which we did. Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Space along side bed was difficult to use. Bathroom was good with hot water. Plenty of space in the kitchen and equipped. Flat was clean. Balcony was good with comfortable chairs. Lift was in good working order. Good position for village and two beaches which were lovely."

"This was the hub of our visit to SAN Malo and Mont saint Michel but could have just enjoyed this beautiful little town! The apartment was well appointed and very clean. A very small irritant was you could at times hear the family above us. Also the extra charge for linens and towels, would have rather they charged a little more but understand they often have people stay there from other parts of France who can bring these things with them.We would still highly recommend the unit. "Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."

"Le Pop'appart A perfect apartment in the centre of Rennes. Matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was really clean. A full kitchen (including oven) with all the equipment you need to cook.
