「I had to fix the shower. The shower head was a rain rainfall type one and all but three of the holes were clogged so I had to go to Ace hardware, buy some WD-40 and a brush to clean all the calcification off. 」

「The room was clean but poorly maintained. We had a problem with plumbing but was promptly fixed. The faucet was loose and was not working. The water had a hard time dripping. I saw several house lizards and spiders. We had to change room.. We survived the bulldog noise the whole night.」

「I highly recommend casa juana if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay overnight in Bancal. I rented the Barkada room and Family room. Both were spotless. Linens were clean and smell fresh. Lady thats taking care of the place was very friendly and accomodating.」

「In my opinion, another misleading listing for a room. Seems to be a constant theme in the philippines. Room was listed as a shared kitchen with no kitchen available. Only a refrigerator and a big sign posted. No, cooking you can't cook. It's not a kitchen.. Bed was listed as a double sorry. It's a twin size plus slightly bigger than a normal twin.
