「Overall the apartment is great, however it would be better if there is advance notice on the construction next to the apartment so guests can decide whether to stay or change to another apartment prior to making any reservations. We were checked in on Oct 7 evening and woke up by the construction noise in the morning 8am on Oct 8. The staff is helpful to get us change to a higher floor which is better as we were on lower floor previously which is just in front of the construction.」

「This location was easily walkable to Dotonbori/Namba while being a little distance from train stations (but still reasonable).」

「Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at NOVI Dotonbori. Everything was new and clean, and it was a great spot for families with kids. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything in Dotonbori, but far enough from the action that it wasn't noisy or too busy. Would happily stay here again!」

「The room was clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable staying here. Having a washing machine in the room was especially convenient, we could wash our clothes anytime. For the kitchen facilities, it was well-equipped. We could cook for ourselves after we bought the fresh ingredients in nearby market. Overall, it was a great experience.」
