"Good location. Amazing spacious room with massive speaking bed and the bathroom had a spectacular walk in shower. views especially at night were brilliant with all the lights of Osaka visible. "

"The reception staff was great she was easy to talk to in English and definitely knowledgeable on the area and had some good suggestions. The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room."

"This hotel is a must if you are traveling with young children and a family. We traveled with our 17 month old son and we loved the use of the playroom and the use of the common kitchen eating area. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Ricardo was so friendly and helpful at check in, we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Another wonderful thing of the hotel was the location. Walking distance to every thing and having the food court next door and breakfast ( for a small fee) at the hotel was much appreciated. We would hands down recommend this amazing hotel!"

"This is our second stay here. The outdoor grassy area and spacious room was key in my decision to stay here again. Keep in mind, its location is far from Namba or Dontonburi. "

"Honestly was not expecting the room to be so big and comfortable. It really provided for everything needed as if you were at your own place. Dishes, cleaning supplies, self service pick up station for towels and other items you may need. It was extremely easy to get in and located in an amazing area in Osaka where there was plenty to do and access to the stations. HIGHLY recommend staying here and will be recommending it to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Truly amazing stay, 0 complaints 10/10 would stay here again 100%. Was too involved to take pictures but I promise the room is perfect."
