「We had 5 adults staying here and we were all very comfortable and did not feel on top of each other as we all had our own space. A couple of small issues with a bathroom seat and a television that didn't work but nothing that actually affected the enjoyability of the trip. Location is perfect, close to everything in Sosua. House is really nice, the entire neighborhood is great. Would stay here again.」

He makes the best Bloody Marys ever. He was so kind with all the kids, played with them, chatted with them and made them feel at home. They truly made the vacation one of the best ever. 「A few days before arrival, Mario the property manager sent me directions and was available to pick us up from the airport. A short 20 minute ride and you arrive at the Villa. With so many things to do in the area, it’s hard to leave. But when you come back, it’s your own slice of paradise. Anytime there was something that needed attention, Mario was on top of it. 「This was my third visit to Puerto Plata staying in Mr Schneider’s villas. We were there to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and had rented both villas. Mr Schneider made sure everything was as perfect as possible. The Villa feels like home away from home. Pictures does not do justice. The resort has lots to offer. We all had an awesome time」

「Beautiful, clean, safe, amazing service. We stayed a week and had from 5-12 family with us each night. It was so spacious, even with 12 it never seemed crowded. The staff was wonderful. Just a walk to the beach and nightlife. Easy to get tours and excursions for the entire crew.」

「Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!! Arrived within the 2pm hour after multiple calls and frustration was able to physically enter and unpack after...

「Arrived and other guest were already staying at property, owner rented house to 3 different families. We had to leave without a place to stay on a Mother's Day weekend in Dominican Republic. We were there to take our mother out to relax that weekend and ended up being charged and stay prepaid and already confirmed was not granted. Neither owner, Expedia or VRBO responded to messages or phone calls.」
