“Our room was clean but very dated and needed maintenance. A 3 ft long light fixture in the bathroom fell down in our bathroom, 2 feet away from me! After that I was afraid to even use the bathroom. Hot water was non existent, out of 7 days we had lukewarm water only 1 day. Wifi is terrible, dont plan on connecting. Food was ok, not great. We did go to the senator for habachi and that was a fun experience.The beach was excellent, plenty of shade and chairs.Pool chairs were always reserved by……

“It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again.……

“Stayed one night and LOVED the hotel! I’m glad I read the reviews bc I was able to adjust my expectations based on other reviews. First, the front desk gentleman and valet attendant were EXCELLENT! Great customer service! The property and room were GORGEOUS!! Excellent bath products by Byredo, which my daughter was surprised by bc it is a great brand and isn’t typical at hotels. The bed was SUPER comfortable! I seriously was sad I didn’t have the opportunity to sleep longer bc we got in late and……
