Great Family Stay

The Beach Shack was the perfect place to relax and enjoy beachside living while visiting close family in the area. The unit was clean and updated and big enough to have family spend a few days with us enjoying the views. Working with Dean the owner was very easy throughout the reservation process and stay.

Right on the beach and perfect for family or friends!

Great property! Nice, quiet location one street east of A1A, right on the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. With two bedrooms and baths upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs, it's a great size townhouse for a family with grandparents or for three couples traveling together. The owners even accommodated a late check out for us so we could have some beach time on our last day. We loved it and will be back!

Lovely property

The townhouse is in a wonderful location. It is just steps from a quiet beach and there are great views from inside - both floors. It is well-equipped and very comfortable. You can easily walk to a park, a few stores and restaurants, and it's an easy drive to anything else you can think of in the way of restaurants and stores. If you''re into surfing or surf fishing, it is the place to go. One of the owners, Dean, is a friendly guy and was easy to contact and readily available when we needed anything. It was great!

Great times at Melbourne Beach

Couldn't have asked for a better location walk out to the beach was very easy especially with a 16 month old active boy who just loved it. There were 3 couples and 2 small children we all had our own space having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice. The place had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals and beach chairs and cooler definitely came in handy. We were able to see adult turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs as well as baby turtles heading to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place for families the experience was by far one of our best beach trips we have had.

Great property and great hosts

Loved the condo, and the owners were great to work with. They accommodated our early flight arrival, and the place was spotless and gorgeous. They had so many extras to help make the stay fun and easy. Part of the time we stayed was when Florida was in the midst of the polar vortex. They reached out to us with suggestions of places to visit and things to do during that time. Our 5- and 7-year old granddaughters were with us part of the time, and they had beach toys available for them to use. They had lots of beach towels, and beach chairs. My wife loved the closet in the master bedroom. All of the rooms were plenty big, and the kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, and other items to help in the kitchen. The living room area had plenty of room with couches and chairs for all of us to congregate there. We all had a great time here, and were very sad to have to leave. We’d return here in a heartbeat.

Quiet condo on a beautiful beach.

Not your ordinary beach condo. We felt really pampered with the large Master Bedroom located upstairs with Plenty of space and 2 large sitting chairs to view the Atlantic just outside your window. The robes and slippers were a nice touch letting you sit outside on the balcony without getting too cold. We were there in Nov. for 5 days and the weather was both warm and cool. Never too hot. The appliances are top notch and there are plenty of condiments and spices. We could not figure out how to get the icemaker to work and never tried the TVs so I can't comment on that. Children (2) and 4 adults all had a very good time.

Great experience at The Beach Shack

Wonderful location and easy access. Ocean views on the website .... "what you see is what you get". All the essentials are there that you might need, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and showers with lots of storage areas though out the condo. Outside patio seats six with great ocean view. Beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids etc ... just make sure to wear sandals because the sand gets really hot. While we were there July 19 a turtle had laid her eggs near where we accessed the beach. Although The Beach Shack is in a condo "complex " it was quiet and comfortable - while we were there the folks next to us had a private wedding on the beach. Nice. Great hosts and very responsive.

Dean the host is great! We stayed Thurs Dec 18- Tuesday Dec 23! House was well stocked ! Beds comfy and pretty linens! The only issue was the batteries in front door lock were low and had trouble unlock the door . We put new batteries in the front door lock and worked great! Lots of beach toys for the kids !
