「We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow.
We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed.
They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways.
How about close the Hotel and halt booking?
Terrible Managment.」

「Lovely room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and massive. The towels are a bit thin. And the floor of the shower stall was quite slippery. Needs some kind of grip stickers or the like. I couldn't figure out the sauna but the person I was texting with was quite kind and helpful.
There was a $20 per hour charge for coming in early which ,given a Monday off season, seemed a bit ridiculous so I wasn't a fan of the extra change for what in many places is a simple courtesy.」

「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this...

「AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the...
