  • This Luxury Townhome on 4th Lake in the Adirondack Mountains, features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, Great-room with a wood-burning fireplace and upper & lower decks. The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, a volley-ball court, lakefront gazebo on the point with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk, on a paved sidewalk from our property. There you will find a beautiful park, grocery store, hardware store, gift shops, library, ice cream stand and much more! This is the perfect Family Resort.

    Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

Ski Race Weekend

Very spacious beautiful 3 bedroom for a family of 5. Couple things can be improved, hours of hot tub(closes at 4 so we only used for a hour Friday since kids had ski races all weekend) and for the price having to rent linens and make your own beds and take out your own trash is disappointing.

Marathon Weekend Stay

We came up to run the Old Forge Half Marathon and this was absolutely the perfect place to stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and 3 bathrooms were plenty to allow us to spread out. The beach area was very nice and quiet post season. Next year we fully intend to come back and stay right here.

This is an amazing property. If you want to stay here do NOT book through Expedia. There was no communication as to how to check in. We did figure it out but then we found out linens ( including towels) we’re not included. This was not disclosed by Expedia. I feel that this should of be known during our reservation. Again great place with a real fireplace and the rooms were great. The shower areas need work.

Excellent Accomdations

Great for a weekend get away. Available trail parking, very convenient. Short ride to the trail system, easy access to places to eat. Fireplace was amazing! You wont be disappointed.

Great Weekend Vacation

Great place to stay for our quick weekend getaway. Property is right on the trail system and we all had a great time. Property managers are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely visit again!

Old Forge marathon weekend: Rocky Point

excellent stay at J3 in Rocky Point. Townhouse was comfortable, clean, and decorated wonderfully for an ADK get-away. Location was perfect...close to Inlet and Old Forge. Will definitely recommend!

Beautiful clean venue on 4th lake

Very well kept, two things that were disappointing, Saturday night while star watching, we were overrun by a group of loud college or high schoolers who started playing loud music down at the gazebo, 2) 10:00 am is too early for Sunday checkout, otherwise very nice

Great place to stay when visiting Inlet

Very nice townhome... roomy and very clean. Grounds are nice, and the beach area is very nice. Extremely close to town where there are some cute shops and places to eat. Linens are not included in the rental price, so be prepared to bring your own of buy a linen package.
