「Eric at the front desk was very nice and helpful upon check-in. The property was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Will definitely stay again next time in McPherson, KS.」

「Breakfast was good. The shower had a leak but other than that everything was good.」

「Parking was fine. Biggest problem: no hot water when we wanted to take showers on Sunday morning. Would also like some fresh fruit or yogurt options for the breakfast. The waffle was good, as were the small muffins and cream cheese.」

「Breakfast was great and staff did great keeping items filled even with it being really busy. Check in lady was great and very sweet and great. Only big issue was literally had to let the shower run for 20 + minutes before the water started getting warm and the chlorine levels in the pool were crazy high that it was hard to breath. Otherwise staff and property were very nice」

「We did not use the amenities as we only were there for the night. Room was clean enough but definitely not spotless. We stayed twice, a week apart and found the same children’s toys under the beds each time. Walking up to our room, the carpet was coming off of the stairs and paint was coming off the wall. For the price it’s an alright motel」

「We were in town for a funeral and had an early morning. The young men in the next room were very drunk and loud, yelling, TV blaring etc. Starting at 10:00 when the noise started, I contacted the front desk to report it multiple times. The front desk clerk at first called them to ask them to be quieter, eventually going personally to ask them to be quiet. Finally, at 1:00 I called again to insist something substantive be done. The employee suggested we pack up and move rooms in the middle...

「Outside of the property needs some work. Room was clean and shower had hot water. Also I left a personal item in the room and they let me back in to retrieve it. 」

「Reserved a king bed room, had to settle for 2 queen beds. Water was leaking through floor tiles, changed rooms. Room we agreed to had a big cobweb in corner of room and a lot of hair in bathroom. Staff was pleasant with what they have to work with. Would not recommend. 」
