「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by.
However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「Charming property. Everything was perfectly anticipated to ensure a delightful stay. The staff was so eager to help with everything. The breakfast was unbelievable. The sheets were heavenly. The location is ideal if you want to walk a few blocks to the waterfront. We did have to carry luggage up 2 flights, but the staff would've assisted had we accepted their help. This is the place to stay if you want the authentic Victoria experience. Highly recommend!」
