Welcome to your Up North escape in downtown Arcadia. Newly remodeled with a hot tub and fire pit, just a short walk to Lake Michigan. Enjoy Arcadia Days, July 4th, Golf Crystal Mountain, and day trips to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.

"Beautiful job renovating this house. It is close to the beach and we stayed during the town festival of Arcadia Daze. The childrens games were right at the end of the block with the entertainment pavillion and food trucks along with the entire street of craft vendors and car show. Arcadia if a beautiful place!!"

"This was the perfect cottage for our getaway. The house is just a 30 step, very stable stairway down to a nice beach and the lake. The cottage was clean, well stocked for cooking, and cozy. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. Mercedes was a very communicative host!"

"We had a wonderful experience. The entire process was smooth and Mark and Nadine were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house was so clean and well stocked. We loved the deck and yard ands the proximity to a beautiful quiet beach. We loved our time and would recommend this house to anyone."

"I Loved the little one bedroom we stayed in. It was comfortable and had a little kitchen. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna!The town is not big...but that's what we loved! We enjoyed dinner at the ketch22 and kayak to the lighthouse and sat on the beach until sunset. Absolutely wonderful way to spend our anniversary"

"The small cottage was very clean had a lot of character and the views of the Lake were amazing. Having your own private beach was great. Also having most of the beach to the North being uninhabited and available for walks was awesome. Hidden gem this cottage is. It is rustic so no a/c and we were there for a couple hot nights so that was only downside. Other than that the place is great. We will def be back"
