The place smelled like a pot everywhere with some foul smell in the elevator. There was a sketchy guy passed out in his truck, the sheets were dirty. Would not recommend staying here…

Clean hotel in a nice location with a reasonable price. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to check in at the lounge. Checking out was done leaving the key at the counter of the lounge. It had to take a phone call to get my deposit refunded (they charged the full amount despite there was a $100 deposit).

Great location upstairs from a bar / restaurant. Great friendly staff with an old fashioned real key! Comfy bed, linen and pillows. Very clean and had a great shower. We had rooms 1 and 12. Perfect location for walking downtown Beulah. 👍

Adorable room overlooking the lake. Dinner was delicious. This is a fantastic place to relax and pamper yourself. Ample easy-access parking, and 1 block from Crystal Lake!

Nice, unique, and well-located place to stay for a night. Only complaint was the outlets were so loose that anything you plug into them falls out. So charge your phones before you get there.but we’d stay there again!

We were actually put in a sister property, Crystal Lake Resort, in Beulah, which was nice because it had a beach. Cold Creek Inn has 2nd floor rooms, and we had a lot to carry, so they gave us ground floor at CLR.

Parking was free at the back of the inn with entrance to the upstairs and rooms. Zee and Ed were friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Zee checked to make sure everything was good with our room. Woud stay again if visiting area.

Staff was very friendly. You check in through the bar area. Wish the parking was better, a little way to walk from the back parking lot and then you go upstairs to get to room. We like to walk so it wasn’t too bad. Not too much info in the room itself. Wasn’t sure what to do when checking out, we just left the key in the room since the lounge was not opened when we left. Room was clean which is very important.

There was no elevation (we didn’t see that noted in your description.) They did carry our luggage up, we had to get it back down ourselves. Cleanliness, all was great white towels felt like new and cotton sheets-our favorites, a more than adequate refrigerator the big turnoff Both window ledges had an abundance of tiny dead black bugs.
