Perfect place to stay. No hot water which is why 4 stars, not 5. But I would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location. Lovely staff. Pool table and toys for little ones. Food excellent. Rooms as you would expect from a hostel, but functional and clean. Great place.

I stayed in private room with attached bathroom, and the room is clean and spacious. It’s located just next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, very convenient. And there’s is a supermarket named COOP just nearby.

Not bad for a youth hostel. The room was large and had a nice outlook and even a balcony. Breakfast was reasonable. Interlaken is a very expensive town so if you don't want to pay the ridiculous hotel prices the youth hostel is fine for a short stay.

Decent but super expensive for what you get

Staff were all excellent and main floor of hostel is very nice. It was insanely expensive though for a very mediocre family room with bunk beds and bedding we had to assemble ourselves
