「At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. 「This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.」

「The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again.」
