“This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. “We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help. Another issue was the lack of hot water in the bathroom sinks. The only way……

“Breakfast was good with good selection and variety. The room was a good size and worked well for our family. The location is a little confusing with two different areas coming up on the map, but we were able to find it ok and I like the actual property location better due to being a little less busy area. We found a local playground and soccer field just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I believe the listing mentioned pools on the property, but they were actually referring to the hot springs……
