“服务很差，午餐已包含，让我们点饮料，给了早餐剩余的果汁，然后要收费40Sol，食物不好吃。房间里的拖鞋是很旧的塑料拖鞋，不肯提供一次性拖鞋。房间里一股卫生间怪味，所有的窗帘不遮光，让人睡不好。总之又贵又差！”

“The property seemed a bit disorganized. The manager messaged me via Expedia offering to pick us up at the train station, but no one showed up or followed up. It wasn’t a big problem since the hotel was nearby, so we walked there. Our reserved room wasn’t available at check-in, but management moved us to the correct room the next day as promised. Breakfast was nice and no issues there. Unfortunately, a guest next door sang loudly late into the night and again in the morning. Management didn’t……

“Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.”

“We got there at the reception. we had reservation for junior suite with the balcony they didn’t have it available because they blame Expedia to double booked the same room and they gave it to another people. They showed us another room cheaper room. They said they will give us credit back at the checkout. They were baring for the money they need to return to us. We were very unhappy, staffs was rude and it took forever to check in and to check out”

“Excellent location and clean rooms, but the broken elevator was a major downside. Expect to use the stairs if your room is on the fourth floor or higher, which was very inconvenient.”
