「We got there at the reception. we had reservation for junior suite with the balcony they didn’t have it available because they blame Expedia to double booked the same room and they gave it to another people. They showed us another room cheaper room. They said they will give us credit back at the checkout. They were baring for the money they need to return to us. We were very unhappy, staffs was rude and it took forever to check in and to check out」
