「No fue lo que esperabamos, la habitación no tenia toallas ni muchas de las amenidades que decia en la descripción, al pedir a recepción se notaba que no tenian buena comunicación con mucamas por que nunca llego nada de lo que solicitamos (como toallas) tuvimos que insistir harto y aun asi no actuaron. Los baños no tienen enchufes y los interruptores de toda la habitación estan mal distribuidos. No hay sistema de ventilación en el baño. No lo volveria a considerar como opcion.」

「The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"」
