Convenient location with great view!

The location is excellent - right near the boardwalk, plus a grocery store & minimart with pizza restaurant within a couple of blocks. The parking is safe/secure, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good!

Hotel is centrally located, across from the beach and within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Hotel breakfast offerings varied and plentiful. Hotel rooms are showing fatigue. We stayed twice. First stay in a 7th floor ocean view room. Only the hot water worked in the shower so no cold water to regulate temperature, hair dryer was broken and street traffic noise limited sleep. Second stay in a 3rd floor garden view room. Door handle very loose creating a struggle each entry to open the door after multiple tries with the card reader, security safe quit working, hair dryer could not be used because the clasp did not release it from the wall holder, shower ceiling showed water leakage damage, air conditioner was extremely noisy and fan operated only on high. Depressing the low button resulted in fan blowing low momentarily before reverting back to high. Consequently room too hot for comfort sleeping.

The place is super noisy, all the pillows are huge so you end up with a cranked neck, front desk doesn't answer the phone and the rooms have not had a deep cleaning in ages, the carpets are sticky dirty.

Decepcionante, para no repetir

En un principio había decidido otro hotel, y mi reserva fue interrumpida por una publicidad de holiday inn Ex, la cual acepté al ver las fotos y la ubicación, nos pareció una buena opción. Reservamos 2 noches, el día que llegamos resulta que había que pagar un impuesto adicional que no se mencionó previamente de casi 40mil pesos, al subir a la habitación decido tomar una ducha y los envases de jabón líquido estaban vacíos, lo cual me percaté dentro de la ducha, luego llamé a recepción para solicitar una jarra de agua con 2 vasos y me dicen que no hay servicio a la habitación, baje al lobby a buscar agua y una chica en el área de restaurante me dice que no tenían como darme agua, y que si yo tenia una botella de agua para rellenarla y luego de reclamar ya con cierta molestia lograron darme el agua en una jarra, algo bastante básico. Decidimos bajar a la piscina y la realidad no tiene relación con la foto, la piscina es de 4x3 metros aprox. habían 4 niños y un adulto bañándose y no cabía más nadie, otra decepción más y el día antes de irnos qué era día domingo decidimos bañarnos en la piscina y estaba vacía por supuesto mantenimiento de un cableado (no fuimos notificados). Y ni mencionar los detalles de infraestructura e higiene. Lamentablemente una experiencia negativa desde el día que entramos hasta que salimos, el personal era amable pero se nota que no tienen personal ni capacidad de revertir situaciones y lograr mejorar la experiencia. Primera y última vez con ese hotel
