Modern hotel in a great location

This was a modern, clean and comfortable hotel very close to the beach. The centre of Iquique was walkable along the beach, and the surrounding area has lots of restaurants and bars. Underground parking was very convenient, and breakfast was also very good. The rooftop Sky Bar was great for a sunset cocktail too!

Se escuchaba todo de la habitacion de al lado, conversaciones etc. No dejaron ingresar a una visita ni por un momento. La toalla sucia que deje en el suelo la volvieron a colgar. La piscina tenia tanto cloro que irritaba el espacio completo

Fue buena pero algunos detalles a mejorar: La reserva no incluye desayuno Habia mal olor en el piso (olor a desagüe) especialmente en el elevador. Lo demas, todo excelente

Buena ubicación, pero servicios al debe

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero con el paso de los años algunas instalaciones se van deteriorando y no hay buena mantención. En mi habitación el lavamanos estaba trizado y en la de mis hijas el agua de la ducha no evacuaba bien y se salía hasta la puerta del baño. La piscina es bastante pequeña y el bar del último piso es en extremo ruidoso y poco agradable. Por último, hay un Starbucks en el lobby, pero su variedad de productos es limitada. Sólo muffins y café, no hay sandwiches, pasteles ni jugos.

Quiero destacar el servicio de Faviola Lagos quien esta a cargo de la limpieza del piso 9. Una persona muy cortez, educada y con muy buena disposición. Mis Felicitaciones a ella!! La comida del restaurante muy deficiente. La mayoria de las comidas sin sabor. Tuvimos que salir en general a comer afuera.

Hotel que no vale su precio, la piscina solo funciona los finde de semana, sabado no habian toallas, tampoco reposeras, el aseo de la habitación tuvimos que decirles que lo hicieran bien , todos muy amables pero necesitan mas entrenamiento El desayuno esta bien, en la habitación solo un agua y eramos 2, hotel mediocre no lo recomiendo
