“Hotel con buena ubicación y excelentes vistas. Llama la atención que cobren por el uso de las instalaciones del spa primera vez que esto me ocurre. Por lo general cobran por los servicios del spa no así por uso de instalaciones que además son excesivamente elevados. Y en la descripción del hotel no aparece de forma clara este cobro.”

“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”

“The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"”

“La peor experiencia de mi vida. 1- No habia agua caliente en la habitacion, me tuve que bañar con agua helada. 2- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. 3- Cuando llegas al hotel te cobran un monto distinto a lo que sale en internet. 4-El inodoro estaba malo. 5- El baño no tenia toalla individuales para secarte las manos. 6- La habitacion no cuenta con ningun refrigerador para guardar comida. 7- No te ponen agua para tomar en la habitacion. 8- Y como si fuera poco te dan la factura cuando les da……
