「This is a lovely hotel, stunning scenery of turquoise sea so try to get a sea view room if you can. It’s a 5 star hotel for sure. Beautifully planted gardens with herbs and flowers to take a walk through, we played tennis in the courts on the grounds and joined the free evening yoga class under a clear blue sky. The Spa delivered a wonderful massage. Everywhere you go, there is attention to detail with the free welcome drinks, clean, well-equipped rooms, marble bathroom, bathrobes and slippers,...

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Nice little hotel, fabulous terrace on top floor with 2 hot tubs, hotel mostly set up for couples as only 2 sun-beds at both hot tub areas, service was good breakfast not great like many italian hotels - we are from uk so uht milk tastes alien to us but used everywhere . Very close to porto cervo, location quiet with no passing traffic- we stayed in suite which is in a building opposite , plenty of restaurants but car is necessary in this part of sardinia 」

「Great spot 15 min away from Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and Palau, so very central to everything you’d need in the north east part of the island. Very clean, serene, quiet with great service including turn down service. Room service fee was expensive (12 euro) and we only ordered water but oh well. The breakfast is excellent」

「Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Supermarkt Fussläufig in einer Minute erreichbar. Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind groß, wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Küche. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen und alles was dazu gehört. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß. Ein Wäscheständer war auch vorhanden. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Ein Föhn war auch vorhanden. Das Doppelbett...

「your staff did a great job given that you have just recently re-opened. the hill side pool was a highlight, dinner at the restaurant was wonderful as well. I am sure that the resort will only get better as you work yourself thru the re-open I look forward to staying at one of your other resorts soon!!」

「Hotel need to update in room iPhone charger on the wall. 4* resort like this must have this important charging device for their international travelers who is new to the country and doesn’t know which plug they use. Also, the lack of short staff at the restaurant make our waiting time for our meals to be ridiculously long.. Please hire more staff. 」
