“The hotel was just ok. It’s an older building and in need of renovation. My room door was missing part of the bottom threshold so there was huge gap. I had to put a towel down for security. The room was clean, but carpets and walls were stained. The hallway from the elevator was dirty and needed to be mopped. The continental breakfast could have been better stocked. The attached bar and grill was convenient. I used the 15% off coupon offered at check in to grab a cheeseburger. It was very good!……

“Our visit to this hotel was ok. The indoor swimming pool was the best part of our stay. This hotel is quite dated, and I've heard it's been around for a long time. However, the rooms feature really old TVs; you would expect at least smart TVs by now. Additionally, there were no actual lights in the rooms, just three lamps. The hotel lacks adequate security, as there were random individuals who weren't staying there eating and socializing. I also heard a lot of noise from people playing music……

“Typical breakfast Staff drank and/or removed drinks in fridge. Light in vanity of bath not functioning. Window shade not functioning. Wire connections disconnected. Room faced pool area and heavy load talking from 11pm to 3am. Very noisy from outside chatter and in hallways and from connecting room. Leads to believe no insulation in walls. Jerk with horse trailer ran two generators outside of pool area all night and morning. Can’t believe that was allowed.”

“The room was really dusty as if it hadn’t been rented out in months, the corners of the sheets were stained and made me concerned for bed bugs although I didn’t see any… the chair was stained in who knows what. The glass windows weren’t even attempted to be wiped down. The pictures are deceiving. Staff was really nice though!!”

“Typical breakfast Jerk thru clothes out of dryer in laundry; need additional washer dryer for guests Checkout at Noon was nice. Out of sope/lotion in bath”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great! Food was good. Toiletries were nice but anyone could add something to bottles. Prefer individual bottles that haven’t been opened. Room was very dark even with lights on. My door was hard to close and slams shut when I had to really push it. Tub was not flat except for a couple inches; nearly fell in shower a couple times. Good thing they had grab bar. Ice bucket lid was dusty/dirty. Outside door on end of property did not close or……

“We couldn't get to the hotel due to an unforseen problem but my wife called the hotel and they charge me the cost of the room anyway and didn't hear what my wife told them.”

“The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good.”

“Had to cancel. Thankfully they didn’t charge me for the room. The elevator wasn’t working due to a prior power outage. I needed a handicapped accessible room. The one they had reserved was not on the first floor. There’s no way my mom, who has Parkinson’s, could walk up any steps.”
