Very disappointing
During a trip in Sibiria, we made a reservation to this hotel in order to celebrate our son's birthday. In the order it was mentioned that there are 2 inside swimming pools and that the reservation includes breakfast. When we arrive the hotel asked us to ad 1600 rubals for 4 person fir breakfast. We explained that they are wrong, but they didn't accept our order. Also we were amazed to find outcthat we need to pay about 40$ to each one of us to go for 2 hours to the swimming pool. It was not mentioned any were that we need to pay an extra. Besided our air condion didn't work and late at night we changed to other room. We will never go there again

We bring the sincere apologies for the inconveniences connected with moving to other number because of malfunctions with the conditioner - to smooth a negative impression number of higher category was provided to you. As for the breakfasts paid by you - when booking you chose a tariff without breakfast (information from your booking with the description of a tariff is given below) therefore the administrator at arrival suggested to pay them. Also concerning pools - it is valid we have an improving center with baths, saunas and pools, but it is not specified anywhere that this service is included in accommodation. The discount of 20% for these services is provided to hotel guests what you were informed on. Despite the arisen misunderstanding, we hope to see you in Sun hotel again! エレベーターあり、エアコンバスタブあり
町の中心地からは離れてますが、トラム5番6番の終点の1つ手前の駅からスグ。空港へは配車アプリで約130ルーブル、10分以内。部屋も広めで窓も大きめでよかったです。wifiはロシアの電話番号が必要&1日ごとに設定しなければならず、毎朝フロントに頼んで設定してもらいました。
