"ALL the staff were great. The table service at the Merlin bar was very slow. But it was busy. They only had 1 lift (out of 3)working that day which made us get our steps in. Food was amazing! But I do not like , and The Manor is not alone in this, that a service charge is added automatically to our bill. The golf experience was great. Lifts to and from the courses all complimentary, and there is also the added bonus of free charging at the outside carpark, and plenty of them too! I had a great time her. Loved my room and the bath! "
