"The room is massive and well lit, that’s a major positive, and the bed is very comfy. Sadly, though the bathroom was nice, the shower leaked while I was using it, plus the rubber mat for inside the bath had hairs on it, so clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Also I had a checkout at midday, however a woman from housekeeping turned up at quarter past 11, making me feel rushed, I was about to jump in the shower so had to run around finding some clothes so I could answer the door and tell her she was almost an hour early. This should have been communicated by the hotel, so this was hugely disappointing, and I found it difficult to feel relaxed while I was getting ready to check out."

"Staff were fab and friendly Hotel was lovely Room was lovely, however... The beds are so hard, its like sleeping in a slab of concrete and the air con was a massive noise box on the floor. Breakfast was delicious and the free flowing nutella was lovely."

"Perfect location and a comfortable room with an excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options, although it was a little unusual that it was served in the reception area. What let the hotel down, however, were the check-in and check-out arrangements. A 4pm check-in feels unnecessarily late, although we were at least able to leave our bags beforehand. More disappointing was that after checking out at 11am, we were told we couldn’t store our luggage because they had “run out of space.” Unfortunately, this completely disrupted our final day in Bath so decided to cut our trip short and catch an earlier train home."
