“When we arrived, they gave us the wrong Broom. We paid for the penthouse, suite and got a two bedroom suite. That was not a penthouse. We were so tired. We don’t tried to deal with it the next day. Also, there was no water in the suite, the oven did not work, they were not enough towels, and the bedsheets in the second bedroom smelt like they were left in the washing machine too long. The next day, I asked for compensation or to be paid back the difference from the Penthouse suite which I……

“The staff was nice however they could only do what’s in there control. I order two glamping bubbles and it rained that night not good at all. I was switched from the first bubble because the WiFi was not working and there was water entering through the air fan on top of the bubble and then in the room i was transferred two the leak was worst there was an open whole slit in the clear plastic part in which the water gushed in right near the electrical panel lucky I seen the water and covered the……

“We were surprised on our arrival at the condition of the hotel . We understood that the original owner sold it and has now purchased it back so it is slowly being repaired. The rooms are dated but very clean . The staff are very accommodating and food was very good ! The lounge chairs have seen better days but the pool is very refreshing. The ocean bay was a delightful to float in for hours on end . The Wifi is very intermittent so hopefully that will get updated also . This hotel also hosts……

“Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. I was like who could possibly know me here…. And that’s how I was treated…. like family. It was amazing! I feel like the listing doesn’t do it justice what this……

“This is one of the best values in Sosua. The rooms are always clean. Plenty of Hot water and good water pressure. Very nice pool and a great bar. I actually left the resort next to the Seabreeze because the resort is awful. This place is great!!”
