「My wife and I booked this property as home base during our honeymoon in Kauai. The location is incredible and property was perfect. It is a small studio with 1 bath and a lanai. I could see it being small for a family of 4 but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, WiFi was accessible and there were clean towels. The rental also included beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 coolers. These little extras made our trip so much more convenient. The parking in the lot is a little tight;...

「Excellent condo and amenities. Very nice place! Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, boards and cooler in the closet!! The only negative issues centered around the rental property company. They responded promptly via text but with token responses which did not address our questions. I would not advertise this condo as "ocean views" as you could barely see the ocean... this is not important to us but it might be with a future renter. Rental company did not supply enough shampoo or...

The kitchen was well stocked and they had all beach supplies we needed — beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fins, umbrellas. The space was comfortable and had great views. The construction outside of the unit is far away and was not disruptive at all.」

「We stayed six nights at this condo. Overall it's a good location for exploring the south part of the island. The condo is a ground floor unit with a nice patio looking out on a lawn and trees. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk because this unit is in the back of the complex. When the tide is up there was very little beach. Better options are a short drive to one of the adjacent public beaches. It's quit except for the roosters crowing in the morning. The use of the pool and athletic facility...
