"The room was small but great! It was hard finding a nice hotel for an affordable ish price that is in a good spot in Brooklyn. But this hotel was perfect for us! The free water on the first floor was the best. Super convenient location and very friendly staff. You do need to pay for breakfast. "

"The place is beautiful. It’s New York so everything look sketchy lol but I’m in a wheelchair and the entrance needs to be paved a lil better for disable users. Other than that it was beautiful stay and comfortable. Also need a microwave in the room it would definitely set it off. They also need security at the doors so anybody just can’t walk in. I hear they’re making that area more gentrified but other than that. It’s cool nice and if you are looking for classy with a good price La Quinta is it."

"Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Rooms were terrible. The bed was insanely TERRIBLE. It creaked and sounded like it was going to break. The mattress was full of lumps and sinking holes. Can't believe this was acceptable in any way. Bathroom was the only descent part. Yet there were no hand towels, ever. And getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. There was no option to fold out suitcase. Front desk said they have NO LUGGAGE RACKS! So it was a miserable stay and uncomfortable stay. The shared diner's staff was terrible also. We were a large group and the waiter filled our coffee cups out of courtesy but when we paid the bill they charge us for each fill! They never asked and just filled the cup and never told us it was charged like that. What a bullsh*t ripoff!! The waiter was extremely rude. Never will I ever stay at this place again. Don't believe any reviews that state 10/10...they are lies and no doubt paid reviewers. What a joke!! Such a huge REGRET! "

"My say was extremely pleasant especially dealing with owner Asaraf. He was extremely professional and compassion and takes the customer service to a whole nother level. He takes pride and ensuring his guests receive the best c/s accommodations. Rooms are extremely clean so much that you can even eat off the floor. Very quiet peaceful night. Made me feel as if I was walking home after a long journey. Only if we regret that I have is that I did not find him sooner. I will definitely returning Nicole Peterson "

"Mold in shower, lamp with no knob to turn on, shower head full of crud, bloodstain (?) on sheet-- it was awful. Nice employees, but the room we had was one of the worst ever. Reviews are either fake, or we got the 1 terrible room. Fronr desk was apologetic, had no idea, gave us late check out. Better than nothing at all i guess. "
