Had a great stay at the L hotel. Very quiet place and friendly helpful staff. Some fresh options like fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated but the bagels and coffee were good! Having breakfast included in the overall price was great. Would stay again!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was a bit small but clean and the staff very courteous and helpful! The breakfast bar was nice and they allowed us stored our luggage after checkout so we could explore the City more before our flight. The hotel is located just a few blocks from the 36th St. subway stop, a great pizza spot and convenience stores. If you're looking for an affordable nice place to stay in NYC, L Hotel is a great choice!

The walls were a little thin (and my basement floor room came with a scenic view out the window of the rear parking lot), but otherwise it was a clean, comfortable, accommodating stay of acceptable quality and I am completely satisfied. Staff were nice, too; The receptionist helped clear up my booking error over the phone before my arrival.

The room we were given was on “C” floor right next to the breakfast room. It was very noisy and we could hear people coming and going all night. The bed’s mattress was pretty old and hard. Overall the staff were friendly and the location was close to our friend’s house but otherwise I felt the cost of the room was overpriced for what it was.

The staff was great! The stay would have been fine if it was only one night, but 4 nights on that bed requires a chiropractor visit. No frills, very basic room, but the water pressure and heat was great. Good, safe neighborhood. We did breakfast the first day and it wasn’t worth the trip downstairs for the rest of our visit.
