「This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable.」

「Clean room; really great dining experience; wonderful ambience!」

「Room clean but in need of a paint touch up and carpet cleaning. Lift broken on arrival day. Property can use a refreshing. Room view was as pictured on site. Bedding very comfortable. Suggest two luggage racks. Appears others have used and scratched the cocktail table. Breakfast was well done, dinner needs to be booked - do so before arrival if an early time is required. Would be nice to have tablecloths at dinner. Bar made a good cocktail. Great location.」

「This is literally the nicest property we have stayed at during our 2 week Scotland trip.」

「Small rooms and I did not know how to get some cool air into the space. Great management. Great bar in the place with incredible music. Works for a night. Would be hard for me to make it work longer.」

「From the very start this was a lovely stay. A wonderful warm welcome, beautifully presented property in an outstanding location. Spacious comfy rooms with everything catered, including complimentary whisky to settle in and look at the view. Great dinner and wine list. Loved it.」

The parking which was at a public viewing point was up a steep hill about 400 meters away. The bathroom was not cleaned well with unpleasant marks in the toilet, dusty bin lids etc. cobwebs and dirt on window. House was run down and very outdated. Walk into town was about 12 minutes down steep...

「This hotel was in the perfect location for catching the ferry. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was very good. Room was large and comfortable.」
