「The room was beautiful, accessed through a very narrow alley off one of the main streets. We were able to sign into our Amazon Prime Video account on the tv which was nice for when we were in the room. The only small complaint we had is that you need to walk over to Hotel ALA to check in and out, which isn’t far but after walking 30 minutes across the city with all our bags in the pouring rain it was a bit of a hassle, and DONT FORGET YOUR PASSPORTS if you decide to leave your bags at the door...

「被安排在108房間，馬桶蓋竟然脫離，床單有血跡，三張床只有一個棉被，其他竟然是毛毯。房間令人覺得陰暗不適。很可怕的房間。查到當天還有空房，不知道為何要安排108客房給我們。 還好隔天幫忙更換到202。整個提升很多。如果是202房間，下次願意再入住， 希望不要安排108那種房間， 到了202房間， 餐廳有位年老女士服務態度很差，只有我一個人時，把垃圾丟在我的桌上，很可惡。當時約10:10am. 0204櫃檯小姐人很好。 有位櫃檯先生（會說中文）人也很好。 」
