Fabulous location, we travelled with my 90 year old father, it really helped as all main sites were in walking distance and we could take the T1 tram back to the hotel after a long day for him. The staff were professional and consistent in all dealings. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. Book the 35 Euro afternoon Bosphorus 3hr trip from the concierge for good value. The Spa staff were lovely too but would say a bit pricey at £110 for an hour massage. Rooftop restaurant air con was far too high but food was great. They could have done with music on the terrace for atmosphere, though gulls were entertaining.

It was just a pretty average hotel. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was modern. Some small things were broken/kinda iffy like the shower head and the door of our room was really heavy. The twin beds are way to small to share if anyone was wondering, but the rooms weren’t very cramped. Location was amazing. I walked every morning to the grand bazaar and it only took 10 minutes. Good restaurants nearby and what not. Metro station right outside the hotel too if you want to go further into instanbul as well. Loved the location The staff were amazing. The sweetest people you’ll meet! I talked to sm of the housekeeping staff and they were so amazing to talk to

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the location was ideal for getting around easily. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Ibrahim from the security team was absolutely fantastic! He was always so pleasant, welcoming, and friendly, and his great sense of humour made every interaction enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and welcome. Ibrahim is a real credit to the team, and his positive attitude never went unnoticed. Mustafa is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He is always happy to have a conversation and makes everyone feel comfortable with his warm and approachable personality. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stand out. Mustafa is a great asset to the team and a pleasure to interact with. Ugur, the night supervisor, is absolutely lovely. He is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and he has such a warm and positive attitude. He goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s always a pleasure seeing Ugur, and he is a real credit to the team. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and always had a smile on her face. She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and her positive attitude really made a difference. It was always a pleasure seeing her, and she did a fantastic job.
