The hotel offered parking for my rental car and that was great help. the location is amazing in the heart of wonderful shopping area. Istanbul is great city and this hotel is in the heart of all the actions.

Excellent location,comfortable room, great service

Fantastic location, right next to metro, and only 1 stop away from Taksim. Love the hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Got a small gym and pool, a quick workout to start the day or to wind down is always good to have this option. Also got a spa for more relaxation after a long day which was full of meetings. Ending the trip with a drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant was also a treat before moving on to the next city

Excellent location, extremely clean very nice staff. The hotel is not too big and it’s not too small. It is just the right size and right on the metro station practically on the walking street. We had a bit of a challenge with the beds as they were combining two full beds, as if it was a king, and we complained and they give us a better room. Otherwise excellent!

One of my favourite place in Istanbul *****

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and could not be more happy. The staff is extremely professional and always ready to support any customer's request. I spoke with many of them ( at the breakfast or at the SPA ) and you can feel the passion in doing their job. A special thanks goes to Gokberk Tuncer for his warm welcome and presents offered during my visit to the SPA.

오스만베이 근처에서 숙소를 골라야 한다면 여기가 가장 최고의 가성비와 위치입니다. 훌륭한 아침 식사와 최고의 서비스 그리고 훌륭한 부대시설이 힘든 출장을 그나마 편안히 해주는것 같아요. 지하에 위치한 마사지 가격만 조금 더 현지 가격에 맞게 조정이 되면 좋겠다는 바램입니다.

오스만베이 최강 가성비 호텔!

매번 출장때 마다 오스만베이에선 이 호텔만 고집하며 지내고 있습니다. 다른 호텔에 비해 다소 높은 가격이지만, 적절한 서비스와 편안함을 기대할수 있기 때문이죠. 다소 방이 좁긴 하지만, 아침 조식도 매우 훌륭하고 만나는 직원들의 친절한 인사가 하루종일 기분좋게 합니다.

시설이 이제는 많이 낡았고, 재투자 및 설비 보완이 필요하다고 생각됨!

8년째 출장때 마다 이용하고 있습니다만, 가격은 매년 조금씩 오르고 있지만, 서비스나 호텔 퀄리티는 전혀 나아지지 않는게 약간 아쉬운 부분입니다. 룸 업그레이드나 무상 서비스부분은 전혀 없고, 조식의 구성 마저도 거의 몇년째 동일해서 사실 이가격이면 다른 호텔이 더 낫지 않을까 하는생각이 항상 들곤 합니다. 하지만 직원들 모두가 친절해서 그부분은 항상 큰 점수를 주고 싶습니다.
