Not too bad!

Staff very good. Hotel was clean but a little tired in places. Bed a little uncomfortable very hard. Stayed there for for a trade show.. nothing much else to do In the area though. Breakfast disappointing. But fab coffee shop. Good well stocked mini bar which was very reasonably priced.

Islek bir bölgede her şeye yakin konumda olmasina rağmen otopark soeunu olmayan, odalari çok konforlu ve kahvaltisi personeli harika bir otel. Yataklar, yastiklar çok rahat temiz, duş çok düzenli, havlular yumuşacik. Kahvaltida envai çeşit sicak vardi. Beklentilerimin çok ötesinde bir konaklama yaşadım bravo umarim hiç değişmez. Spa masajinda da fiyatlar ve hizmet muhteşem. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Otopark sorunu var. Araçları arka arkaya bıraktığınız için anahtarı da bırakmak zorundasınız. Odanın temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi, yatak çarşafında toz-leke vardı. Kahvaltı sabah 8'de başlıyordu, işe gideceğim için benim için geç bir saatti. Wifi problemli, kendi telefonumun internetini kullandım. Daha ne olsun....

Otelin bulunduğu konum güzeldi. Şık ve temizdi. Resepsiyondaki görevli rezervasyon ve ödediğimiz ücreti göremedi ve odada iken arayıp ücretin yatmadığını sonradan arayıp yattığını söyledi. Biraz huzursuz etti bu durum ancak insanlık hali olabilir. Odanın konfor ve rahatlığı güzeldi. Otelde yabancı konuk ağırlıklı sanırım. Açık büfe iyiydi. Biraz daha çeşit olabilir ancak yine de iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Klimaanlage sollte man ausschalten, weil immer bei 27 Grad eingeschaltet war. Sauna u. Türkisches Bad erst um 11:00 und zwar nach dem Frühstück ist immer geöffnet. unbrauchbar mehr. Das Zimmer hat auch geschtunken.

Not the best hotel but not the worst either. Rooms don't have an iron or an ironing board. Towels are not as new as the quality doesn't feel very good. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms don't have a lot of room for your clothes, just a few hangers to hang up your shirts, no drawers for other items. Hotel is about an hour outside of Istanbul city center. Overall hotel is clean and the area around it has a lot of restaurants.

Don't stay here!

Be aware of hidden fees! The try every angle to charge you extra! They have a cafe downstairs, which is supper load and you can't even sleep! There are stains in the carpet

Öncelikle otel yönetimi ve personel oldukça nazik ve yardımcılar. Otelin konumu güzel, yapı olarak yeni fakat odalarda sigara içilebilmesi pek hoş değil, çok sigara kokan bir odayı değiştirdiler (teşekkür ederim) ama diğeri de az olmasına rağmen sigara içilmiş bir odaydı. Odalarda Wi-Fi çok zayıf veya hiç çekmiyordu. Lokasyon olarak otoparkın hiç kolay olmadığı bir yer olmasına rağmen, otel personeli çok yardımcı oluyor.
