I was not impressed. The front desk staff was very nonchalant. The room had disgusting sticky floor and stain marks over the table. There was nothing special about this place. Felt more like a run down hostel.

WARNING!!!! Do not stay at this property! I’m unsure where to begin but il try. Firstly rooms are the size of a shoebox, nothing like the photos. The rooms are dirty AF! We arrived and didn’t stay the first night as we were that disgusted, we had an extra night at our other hotel so we stayed there. We checked in the second night and as soon as you walk in you can feel the unpleasant aura. No pillow case on one of the beds. Half used toilet paper. Holes in the walls, couldn’t close the balcony door. Side table was broken so they tried to hide it by turning in the other way around. Carpet was dirty and severely stained along with the other side table. The toilet seat was also broken along with the drain in the shower. There were also holes in the bed head that were covered up with paper. There was a kettle with no coffee or tea and one paper cup for god knows what. We asked for pillowcases as soon as we got there and never got them. All in all management don’t care, they are FKN rude and basically just want your money. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2! When we did complain about all of this they tried to say it was end of busy season and they usually do the repairs when it’s low season which is utter BS! The hotel is falling apart and it’s vile in the extreme! I wouldn’t stay there even if it were for free! Shame on the management for scamming people! Luckily Wotif refunded us half of what we paid as they were ignoring their emails. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

The hotel is very very bad
The bedroom is not clean and is not cleaned daily, only the towels are changed..
The room is broken, the lights are not working.
The bathroom is dirty and smelly..
Breakfast is nothing, not as in the pictures..
If you ask for something extra for breakfast, you have to pay, for example, fried eggs, you have to pay 5 pounds..

Kahvaltı hizmeti alamadık. Akşam girişte kahvaltı 7 buçuk 11 arasında deniliyor. Odaya servis yapılıyormuş orada sıkıntı yok. Odama kahvaltımı istediğimde 8.30 da başlanıyor denildi. Hadi Ona da eyvallah saat 09.06 oldu hala kahvaltı yoktu. Yani kahvaltı hizmeti vermeyeceksen neden insanları kandırıyorsunuz. Akşam oda da tv ile ilgili bir yansıtma işimizin olduğunu belirttik tamam geliyorum dendi , o da gelmedi. Yani bir turizmci olarak hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

El desayuno que presentan en las fotos de la web no se parecen en nada a la realidad. De los días que permanecimos en el hotel, dos de estos días no nos limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama.
