The hotel is fairly cheap compared to other hotels, however compared to the locations from the main center of the city it’s very valuable. I also want to emphasize how friendly they are on the main desk. Additionally, I would say the room is clean the bathroom and the shower is great and this is what you want from three stars hotel;however, in my point of view it’s five star. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Rooms Very clean and spacious. Safety Great. 👍 Walkability It’s very close to Taksim Square and it’s only 20 minutes walk from the main center in Istanbul. Food & drinks There are two bottle of water along with tease for free. A Great Stay for Families: We stayed in two connected rooms, which was perfect for our family of five. Having two bathrooms made things so much easier! The hotel even offered to add an extra bed next time so we can all fit comfortably. The beds and pillows were very cozy, and we slept great. Service and Food: Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. Since it was April, the main AC was set to heat, but we just opened the windows to let in a nice, cool breeze. The staff was very helpful, and the owner was incredibly kind. They even went out of their way to make us vegan meals. The front desk asked exactly what we liked, which was a wonderful touch. The cook is still learning, but the effort they made for our diet was amazing. Location and Value: The location is a bit of a workout! It’s a 10-minute walk to the bus and 20 minutes uphill to the metro, which is tough with suitcases. Next time, I’ll ask if they can provide a lift to the station. Despite the walk, the price is excellent for such high-quality rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was awful even the staff told us after we got there. It was so dirty and the room was disgusting anytime we left we came back there were ants all over the room floor, and ontop of that they cleaned every 3rd day. The washroom was disgusting very poor condition, service was very poor. The location was terrible honestly there is no transportation by bus you have to get a taxi everytime you want to go to taksim square and go from there, the reviews showed it was walking distance but it was about 20 min and walk up a very steep hill. In all my hotel experiences this was probably the worst one ever. I do not recommend at all. Would not go back.

Best staff. So helpful. Great location (meaning central, and short rides to activities) At the same time, take a Google street view of the location….you’re basically surrounded by auto mechanic shops….and will need to walk 10-15 minutes to grab food. Overall I loved it, and would stay again.

La stanza era comoda ma uno dei due bagni aveva la porta che non si chiudeva e mancava un'anta del box doccia. Non hanno mai rifatto le camere e cambiato gli asciugamani se non dietro espressa richiesta. La colazione minima, non c'era caffè, latte, croissant; solo the e un piatto freddo gia preparato di olive, formaggio, cetriolo, marmellata e burro e un paio di fette di salamino. Per contro il personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile.

Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Solo Hotel Taksim. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.
