The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. "This is the first time that I’ve stayed at a hotel inside the security zone at an airport. It was a great experience. We arrived late from Italy, walked from our gate to international transfers, went through the screening process, and then walked to the Yotel-air. The staff was helpful and within 35 minutes of arrival we were in our room. It is a small yet quiet and convenient space with all the necessities to grab a few hours of comfortable sleep before traveling on your way. The have a direct connection to the flight schedule on the tv in your room and you can ask the staff for the amount of time it takes to walk from the front desk to your gate. We had about a 10 minute walk. So we rolled out of bed with enough time to grab a coffee and arrive at our gate just as boarding began—it was a win all around!"

"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."
