"Very new city zone, clean, modern, and more oriented to for business travel. Hotel was conveniently located next to metro stop and airport, but 1/2 mile from residential areas for more cultural experience. "

Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. "The hotel was perfect for our last night in Tokyo before flying home. It was in a great location and very close to the station. I wasn’t aware that breakfast was included in our the price so that was a nice surprise. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff pleasant. I would definitely stay again "

"One free drink at the bar, nice. Breakfast is delicious and staff is super friendly and very helpful. The only thing is the laundry. Only 2 coin machines and make the laundry very challenging."
