“Everything was clean and comfortable. Jacob was very attentive to our communications.”

“Very nice, safe, clean and convenient!”

“Great stay, excellent communication, and reasonably priced. The residence was nice, clean, and gave you that at home feeling. It is within walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs and in close proximity to other areas of interests such as grocery stores, gas stations, and etc. Both bedrooms are located upstairs but, there is a convenient half bath located downstairs. The parking lot was tight for my large truck but, can easily accommodate a smaller vehicle. Would definitely stay again and/or……

“We have stayed in this property for the last 3 occasions that we have visited Ocean Springs. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. As one always knows, there can be little things that can occur but the host took care of each one immediately. A little outside pressure wash on the front door would give a more welcome feeling because being near the beach, the elements can work on the outside of the property rather quickly. We will continue to use this rental when we make our next trip……

“Pretty good stay no real complaints garage was small but otherwise fun stay”

“Enjoed the stay alot. Only orovkem was the shower head would only point towards the wall. Couldn’t adjust it. Could be more instructions on tv use. We eould definitely stay there again”

“Everything was perfect. We had a perfect time, and everything we wanted to do was within the area accessible by the golf cart.”

“As a solo traveler, it was important that the location be safe. I had a great stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo as a base. It’s close enough to most of the Ocean Springs sites, and New Orleans is just a short drive away. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean and convenient. Great place to stay”

“Steve and Tracy were great hosts. This is not anything to do with the hosts, but I wished I could've gotten some sort of discount through VRBO for staying for 10 weeks.”

“I'm really glad I found this condo for me and my family. It was a super fun 4th of July in Ocean Springs. I liked the location and the option to use the golf cart. We had a blast. The rooms had very comfy beds, the living room was cozy and we all hung out and watched tv together. Area felt safe and easy to navigate. It's a great blend of beach, history, local shops, great food, live music and good surprises on every street we explored. The host was very communicative and everything they……
